26/12-10 ♥ R.I.P - Rocky Raccoon
♥
Unfortunately Rocky is no longer with
us:( He had a total blockage in the urethra. He was in the veterinary hospital
but it was to difficult. Despite medication and treatment, his body gave up the
fight and the night of December 21 he left us. The loss is great and it feels
incredible because it happened so fast. My heart will soon break because of all
sorrows and I sincerely hope that next year will be a better year! Thanks Lena
for giving me the pleasure of getting to know this wonderful cat!
Ilias is no longer for sale, my son got him for Christmas. He's been wanting to have him almost as long as Ilias has been with us;) And after all that happened here it feels right that one of the kittens are staying, although it's a male;) He will be co-owned by Charlie and me as long as Charlie lives at home, but there is no doubt that this is my son's cat. And in the near future when Charlie moves out, Ilias will move with him!

which unfortunately needs a new home because he don't feel so good since the
family had a baby. A lovely cat with a great personality, neutered, housebroken
and well-behaved. Cavalkad loves to be outdoors and have fun, but when it's cold,
he likes it better inside;) If anyone is interested, just contact me and I can
arrage everything with his owner who lives in Fritsla just like me.

12/12-10 Today Jah Wonderful moved to his new home! He has flown to France with one of his new owners and I know in my heart that this will be so good! But we will miss this boy so much because he stayed with us for so long!

6/12-10 What a weekend we had! Humble shows again and again that he deserves to contend with the beautiful cats in the panel! Yesterday he won his ninth Best In Show!! Feels unbelievable and I'm incredibly proud of him! I did also show the kittens, all had fine judgement and behaved so well. Jiggen got a brilliant assesment from Jörgen Billing:) But the best result had Fanny who not only took her ex 1 in competition but also won the BIV-total!

4/12-10 Another day att the show is over...and I'm more than satisfied! Jah Wonderful was shown for the first time and he got a brilliant judgement! He got the Ex 1 but lost the biv to another beautiful cat that later became bis-kitten. Harmony had tough competition today and had to settle with an Ex 3:( Her brother Humble had more luck...because he did it again today:)

25/11-10 Today, I would photographe the kittens that are still for sale. But Humble came and wanted to be with so it ended up with just one picture of each kitten, and the rest were of Humble. I just cried because I miss Cocos so much, it almost became overwhelming:( But I'm so glad I have him here now that his mother no longer can give me more beautiful kittens! The pictures of the kittens are as usual on the kitten pages and the pictures of Humble is to see here!
Updated with the judges who will judge on Ädelkattens show next week. Unfortunately, all three kittens have the same judge on Sunday even though they are in different color groups. But on the other hand, I have been lucky with all the judges, could not have asked for better;)

21/11-10 Yesterday Jig-Saw moved back home again, it did not work out in the new home:( So this beautiful guy is back for sale. Took some new pictures of him today. See them on the kitten page, J-litter 15 weeks.
Hope has been on show in Italy this weekend and she got great results! Yesterday she was up for nomination but lost to a Maine Coon. And today she took Best In Variant!! Congratulations!!! I'm so happy for you and so proud of Hope!

wonderful Cocos ♥ ♥
A few days ago Cocos managed to escaping
from the catrun and we been looking for her everywhere. And yesterday morning
came the call that I did not want... someone had found her but she was no longer
alive. The loss is huge and I can't stop crying! She is my world! My soul mate
and best friend! I find no words that can describe the pain in my heart! Thanks
Maja for giving me the oppertunity to share her life!
Light a candle for my beautiful Cocos so she can find the way to the Rainbow
Bridge!

15/11-10 Yet another show weekend is over, and I'm really happy with the results! Rocky got his last CACIB as I wanted and now he's an Internationell Champion! And Humble demostrated yet again that he deserves to be up there and battle with the other beautiful cats:) Feels completely unbelievable that he was BIS both days!! He's has been to 13 exhibitions and of that he's been nominated 10 times and Best In Show 7 times!

9/11-10 This weekend was Humble and I on exhibition again. On Saturday, he was just Ex 1 but on Sunday he got a place in the panel! And just think...he did it AGAIN!!! This was his fifth BIS so now he can call himself JW! Prouder, happier person than I does not exist;) And as a breeder, I'm even prouder! I was there when this little guy was born. ♥

could borrow her for so long, she has actually lived with us for six months!

30/10-10 Today it was Inez's turn to move. Right now she's on the train with her new family and she will not be there until tomorrow. A long journey but it feel's so right that she should live with them!

16/10-10 Today we have been at Elfsborgskattens Championship. It was just Humble and I, although I also planned to take his dad Rocky with me. Unfortunately, I have a lot of pain in my body and in my hands so I decided that it would be better not to torment my body with an 8-pound cat too;) According to the judge Humble was his best cat today but unfortunately he got up against the category 3 judges best cat aswell, and they could not agree. So they drew lots and Humble lost but it does not matter because he was the most beautiful cat anyway;) Elijah was there aswell and now he's a BIG boy! My daughter used her camera all day so hopefully I will get some pictures from her.
Today I'm most worried about another offspring, Braveheart, which has been in the veterinary hospital all day. This morning he could not walk on his hind legs and the vet says that he has an oblique hip and osteoarthritis. So we keep our fingers crossed that his medicine helps and that he will be ok again!

11/10-10 This weekend Humble, Vouzan and I went to a show in Hässleholm. Vouzan was only company for Humble but she did so good and took her certificates both days. So now she can call herself Grand International Champion! She also took BOV on Sunday:) Humble had to settle with second place on Saturday (that cat became BIS that day). But on Sunday it was Humble's turn to win big:) This was his fourth BIS as a kitten/junior:)

4/10-10 Today Rocky became a father for the third time, this time in Norway at Julie, Skaujentas. Six beautiful babies, two boys and four girls. This is Rockys first litter outside my cattery and it will be very exciting to follow them, I suspect that there will be a trip to Norway later on;)
Yesterday I was in Norrköping for a show, but I did not show any of my
cats. S*Little L's Harmony had her debut and I wanted to be there! Beautiful
doll, sooo like her mom
♥ She did fine and got a very nice judging so I'm more than satisfied! And I
think that her owner Johanna is satisfied as well;)

30/9-10 New pictures of the kittens! Unfortunately, it's not so many this time for the time simply did not exist. I started a new job yesterday and had left home before 5 am. I feel quite tender in my body and maybe I should have skipped the shoot this week? But I can't, or? ;)

13/9-10 I'm so HAPPY and so PROUD of Humble! He behaved so well on the
Scandiavian Winner Show and got GREAT results! I went to Norway, but I never
thought he would have a chance. Humble was 6 months and 1 day old and would
compete with the juniors for the first time. In the junior class the cats are
6-10 months and a cat grows a lot in that age so it's very much difference in
the cats. Someone who's 6 months is of course much smaller than the one who's
almost 10 months, and that's how it should be;) But he did it anyway:))) He was
NOMINATED! In tough competition out of five juniors, it was HE who was chosen to
the panel:) *HAPPY, HAPPY*

5/9-10 What a day we have had at the show in Borås! Three of my offspring was shown with brilliant results and I'm so proud of them all! Ben Hur are now Premier! Fallen Angel was Nominated but lost on casting vote and Humble became BIS!!!!

27/8-10 Congratulations Nitte on your birthday!!
We have for a long time had problems with Nitte and now after having been in
contact with his breeder, decided to let him move to a friend. Nitte decided
that he would be an outdoor cat, which I think it's not ok when you live in an
urbanized area. We live in a area with lot of houses and it's not far to the big
road where the cars drive very fast. Nitte was determined to go out but I could
not help him in any other way than to offer him a life where he could go out in
a safe environment. As soon as he feels comfortable with his new house and
family he will get a big forest to roam in. I will of course have a close
contact with him, so the website will be updated with small reports and pictures
sometimes. I will also continue to test him for HCM as recommended in the health
program.

14/7 I'm sorry that it takes so long time between my updates but I have taken a vacation and spend time with my family instead of my computer;)
Last Thursday, the 8/7 S*Little L's Chiquita got 6 wonderful babies at S*WinsnesWilda. Five girls and one boy! Nitte sends lots of kisses to his new grandchildren and I'm sooo proud of Chiquita who behaved so well!
Today S*Little L's Donna The Prima Donna also got 6 lovely babies at S*Kapstjärnans. Four girls and two boys! This is my first "real" grandchildren because their grandmother S*Little L's Adorable Manta is my own breeding. Naturally Manta also sends lots of kisses to her grandchildren and I'm sooo proud that I almost burst;)

1/6-10 Humanity is back for sale due to unfortunate circumstances for the family who booked her for so long ago. Sad, but that's life, we can't rule over everything in life. Those who get her in the end are guaranteed a totally delightful little girl who has the worst motorcycle purrs when you pat her. So lovely!
More enjoyable to write is that Emmie (an offspring from my E-litter) was tested for HCM last Sunday and her heart was perfectly healthy!

20/5-10 Then it was time for new pictures of the H-litter, already 10 weeks. Today's shooting was probably the toughest that both I and all of my kittens have experienced! I have a cold and cough all the time. Not easy to be small and look cute when the one holding the camera just coughs;) Hope you like the pictures after all?

16/5-10 Happy Birthday B-litter, 2 year!!!
Another exhibition is now over and I'm totally exhausted;) Today Little L's got
another Champion! It was Elissa who took the certificate out of the two sisters,
fair and good they got on each day. It's great to be breeder of two such
beautiful girls! The handsome Braveheart took his certificate without problems,
but this was his last show because he dont think it's fun to be on the show. Not
all cats appreciate the show and it's important to respect that, the cat are
just as beautiful anyway;)
Loppan showed herself so nice today and got her first certificate in open class.
The judge Jörgen said so nice words about her and I'm so happy! In the
nomination, she stood against a super beautiful WorldWinner in which she lost,
quite right of course. She is so young, not even 11 months so her time comes,
the judge said;) Rocky had the same judge and he got his first certificate in
class 7. He also became the judge Best Male but did not get to the panel when he
thought the coat was way to short today. Sad, he's quite right that the fur is
missing, but it's still irritable.
Would also like to congratulate Bodyguard's daughter, S*Wegietassen's Regina that became BIS-junior today!!!

15/5-10 Today, we have been on show in Bohus and I had three cats with me. Loppan did'nt want to show herself today as you can see on her result. Elissa saw herself beaten by her beautiful sister Emmie who took her first certificate in class 9. Of my cats Rocky did best:) He can now call himself Champion and finished his day by going to the panel! Braveheart got his last CAP and became Premier today! Congratulations Brasse and Camilla!

1/5-10 Today Humanity had a visit of a nice woman who booked her before she went home. Maybe we will see Humanity at some shows in the future:)
Today it was close to an accident here, Harmony got stuck behind the radiator. Everything went well, but I never thought something like this could happen. Ugh, I was so scared! Luckily Kim was att home and could help me to remove the radiator.

25/4-10 Today I have been in Helsingborg and HCM-scanned Elissa and Isaac. Both had fine hearts and it feels so nice when you get it confirmed. So they both been given the green light for mating, but it will take a bit longer for Elissa than for Isaac. Issac has his first date planed with CH S*Nalle Puh's Nina Pretty Ballerina, SE*Authentic's as soon as she comes in heat. Exciting!

Then I would like you to keep your fingers crossed for another offspring of mine, Casanova. He's been injured and are in the Animal Hospital with a fracture of his lower back, blood in the urine and a broken tooth. Sometimes life is tough for an outdoor cat and it's not just cars that are dangerous, it's hard to say but he probably has fallen from a tree.

16/4-10 Due to the volcanic eruption in Iceland it been difficult for the judges to get to the show because they come from many different countries. So therefore it has been some changes in who's going to judge in Lidköping this weekend. Simply amazing that the club managed to get new judges and that they sad yes in so short notice A great tribute to all the new judges!

My hostcat Elissa are here because she's going with me to the show this weekend.
A few days ago she was 10 months so it's first time in open class.
Elissa are Cocos daughter, and therefore half-sister to the H-litter.

12/4-10 We have been in Malmö on show all weekend, met lots of nice people and
had so much fun! Unfortunately, there is a lot of two-faced people aswell but I
do not care;) Life is to short to put energy into it!
I'm super happy with the weekend's results! Isaac has become Champion!! Loppan
become BIV on saturday even though I think she now does not look like much. Had
actually intended to leave her home but she wanted so badly to get in to the the
transport cage so she went with us anyway. Quickly packed her things but I
almost forgot her pedigree. Braveheart and Emmie was also on the show with great
results, especially as Emmie compeded with the adult cats for the first time on
sunday. New pictures of Isaac, Braveheart and Emmie on their own pages.
My G-litter are already 8 weeks and now it's time for new pictures of course:) But today my camera decided to go on strike so the pictures are very late, but here they are:)

7/4-10 Today Gideon had a visit from a nice couple, the result was that my charmer will move to them when he's big enough. I already dread for him to move, he managed to get deeeep into my heart.

Two of my offspring, Donna and Chiquita, have tested their hearts with ultrasound for HCM. Both of them with normal results! I'm so happy because they are healthy and for that you are willing to do this before mating! Thanks!!

26/3-10 Tomorrow it's time again for Annika and me to judge cats at our local pet store, Lutino. We did this last year with great success and there were many happy owners of beautiful cats that came.

20/3-10 Today Sverak have their awards for Cat Of The Year at Örebro Castle. I'd been going there, but unfortunately, I have a real cold with a fever intead. Luckily I have friends there to help me, someone must receive Isaacs price;) I really wished that I've been there because it's not every day something like this happens:( Well, well...I've got Isaac himself and his just as beautiful today as yesterday;)

Isaac's beautiful mother! Thank you Eva for the wonderful picture!
Idunn isn't just Isaac's mother, she is related to many of my cats, because she
is also Cocos grandmother.
So the kittens I have now are all related to Idunn somehow.
She's the G-litters grandmother's grandmother and she's the H-litters
grandfather's mother.

12/3-10 The H-litter was a Pilgrim-litter, the kittens have had their names. This time I chose to baptize them into names that the pilgrims used in the 1700s. I like very much what the names mean ♥

8/3-10 New pictures of the G-litter that now are 3 weeks old.
Cocos is currently at day 62, so her kittens can come anytime now. She has had previous litters on day 63 and 64.

7/3-10 Yesterday we were on Sjuhärad Championship between Elfsborgskatten and Boråskatten. For Elijah it wa the first time and he was sooo good! He's become a big boy now and I was impressed by how heavy he was! Manta would practice once but she still think it's plague to be on a show so I will not take her with me any more. She concluded by taking BIV in group 3. Fallen behaves always exemplary and get a fine assesment every time. She was not nominated yesterday but finished second out of nine juniors, the nomination and then the BIS went to a beautiful Ragdoll. Isaac is always a good guy, who loves to show off, and yesterday was no exception;) He was both BIS-male and BIS-adult!!!

Something else that finally is on the web are the results for the HCM-tests I did last year. I tested 8 cats during the year and the results have not been published. But now they are finally on PawPeds:) However, angry at the fact that it says that the owner sent in the results although it was the vet Torkel Falk, who sent them:(( Has been waiting since April on 4 of the results ....
New update: Now it's
corrected:) Apperently they always write that the owner sent in the results when
it's older then 6 months. This time it was wrong because the vet sent them so
long after the test where taken.

1/3-10 The kittens are 2 weeks now and obviously there are new pictures of miniature-Vouzan and miniature-Bosse;)
In everything that happened I missed to tell you that my daughter Amanda has got her own cattery name, SE*Authentic's! I'm so happy for her because I know that she dreamed about it for so long! As a mom, I have tried to persuade her not to because it's a tough world she enters. But she has a dream and then I am the first to support her! Amanda is a strong person who has strong opinions, but she's also able to learn and listen. I am confident that she will contribute very positively to the cat world! *proud mom*

26/2-10 Today we celebrate Isaac who is 1 year today! Congratulations my beautiful Prince! New picture of Isaac on his own page, to honor the day;) I've also forgotten to write that Isaac become 4th Best youngster/junior in Sverak 2009:))) *yes* Congratulations to his breeder Eva!

24/2-10 I've visited Emmie and her family and of course I took the oppertunity to photograph a bit:) The result can be found at the firstpage and on Emmies own page. She is so beautiful and I must admit that I'm very proud of her! Then she looks like her mother Cocos and that makes my heart beat a little extra hard;)

22/2-10 The kittens are already 1 wek old and now I'm pretty confident that they will survive despite the problems at the beginning of their lives. Vouzan is ok now and it feels absolutely wonderful!! Of course there are pictures on the kitten page;)

18/2-10 Unfortunaly, we also lost the white girl last night:( It went very quickly and she practically died in my hands:(( My heart cries for those small we lost but I feel hope that Vouzan will fix this. It goes better and better, and now she eats on her own and she's begun to care about her appearance again. The kittens are now allowed to suckle her and they eat greedily, so I think there is hope!

17/2-10 Vouzan have an infection and she has been very sick since she had the kittens. She gets both antibiotics and medicin for the lack of calcium, and now she seems to be better. Unfortunately, one of the boys also become infected and we lost him last night. So now we keep our fingers crossed for Vouzan and her three children. ♥

16/2-10 Pictures of the kittens 1 day old. Three white boys and one silvergirl:) Perhaps the last kitten also is a girl. It's very difficult to see the gender yet. They have not yet received any names so you have to be content with the numbers so far;)

13/2-10 Today we have been on show in Mölndal. Extra fun was that Foster made his debut at this show. Excellent results on all the cats and I'm super proud of my beautiful offspring ♥ Very pleased with my own cat's preformance also of course;) Loppan became best NFO junior and Isaac became the best NFO adult male. Updated the result page. Pictures from the show will be here tomorrow.

1/2-10 What a weekend! I've been in Örebro on show and of course it was snowing on the way home. Do not understand why I insist on going there when it's snowstorms every year. Well, a nice show it was anyway and a lot of friends that you usually don't see, and a lot of new faces as well:)
This time went Loppan and Rocky with me. Loppan are starting to think that it's boring with shows so I will not show her as much as I planned. Rocky was with me for the first time yesterday but I promise that it was not the last:)) What a guy! I just melt in his presence, he is simply wonderful! Anne Köhn really liked him and he got his certificat in competition despite his lack of fur and need to lose weight even more:) But we will be back!☺

28/1-10 Today I've been on a cat lecture by Sussie Hellman Holmström.She is
Sweden's first cat behavior counselor and is known from television. There was
perhaps nothing new for me but it's always interesting to listen to a topic that
you like and Sussie was a good speaker.

27/1-10 I've received the confirmation that I'm welcome to the show in Mölndal in february. I'm keepning my fingers crossed that the other S*Little L's offspring also got their confirmation? Looking forward to see Foster again:) I have not seen him since he left home and at the pictures I've received he's a real handsome boy ♥
My daughter Hannah and my husband was out in the snow today and

off even though my husband pretending that he is uninterested;)
