30/12-12 It's time to end this year! It has been a year of ups and downs but I choose to focus on everything positive that happened! And here are just a few examples of what has made my year so great!
S*Little L's have bred many beautiful kittens during the year and I-m so happy and grateful that they all have such wonderful homes! I have chosen to keep two females, Nazilli and Oozi, and I hope they will give us more beautiful offspring in the future! The male Lexus is also here to stay, something that wasn't planned. But it did not work in his new home so he moved back home. And though my common sense said NO when he's related to almost all my cats, my heart said YES and he simply had to stay!
2012 has also given us incredible successes at shows, both for my sold offspring and for my own cats! And I'm so PROUD of them all! S*Little L's offspring has won 15 Best In Show during 2012!!! My Humble has once again shown that he's an incredible boy! He's preliminary the third best male on Sveraks list and it's fantastic given that he only participated six times in Sweden during the year! And his daughter Nazilli did great aswell, she became Junior Winner after only seven exhibitions and took the title already in class 12! She's also the best white Norwegian Forest Cat in Sweden 2012! My beautiful girl!

10/12-12 We have been in Gothenburg on exhibition under the weekend! And he did it again, my darling Humble! Also Princess did an fantastic debut on exhibition, and she was totally calm and relaxed the whole time! On Sunday, she left the exhibition with her new owner and now she has begun her travel to France, my little sweetheart!

3/12-12 Yesterday, Charlie and I was in Denmark on exhibition with three cats! Ilias Ivy is now Internationell Premier, Congratulations Charlie! Fakir got his certificate but Isaac become ex 2. But I'm very pleased anyway because it's the first time that he don't get the certificate in adult class, and he compete in group 4 with hard competition!

Last Friday I finally picked up our new charmer, Crunchy! I took the picture when I visited her when she was 8 weeks old, and it was in this moment it just clicked! :) Thank you Monica for this lovely girl!

20/11-12 Nazilli and me has been in Stockholm on Birka catclubs exhibition! This was a big catshow with lots of beautiful cats and I had no hopes for Nazilli to go all the way! But she did it!!! :) On Saturday she took her 5th BIS which meens she got the JW-title!! On Sunday she took her 6th BIS! Unbelievable she'e still in class 12! She has participated on 8 exhibitions and she's been nominated on all of them! I'm soo happy and proud of my lovely girl!!!

1/11-12 Today we changed the ownership on Tuvan. Now she's no longer my cat, only Amandas. Thank you, Amanda! I'm so grateful that I got this opportunity and that my kittens got to grow up with you! All of them so social and lovely!
This means of course that Tuvan no longer is among "My cats" but instead there's a new girl! Tuvans beautiful daughter moved in here with us today! It will be so exciting to follow her through life!

17/9-12 This weekend we were at show in Frölunda. I had many cats with me, Humble, Ilias, Nazilli, Nitra, Naranjito and Lexus, so it was really busy! Especially since I showed the N-litter, both days. I was a little stressed at times but I still managed to enjoy all the beautiful cats and wonderful people! Thanks to all who helped me this weekend, you are GOLD!!
The kittens behaved really well and I'm so happy with the results! Naranjito became BOV on Saturday and Nitra became BOV on Sunday! Nitra competed in a very tough competition both days, with 7 females in class 12. Nazilli did beat her dad Humble in the BOV on Saturday which was extra fun because he has won all the BOV which he attended before! On Sunday, there were only two white and therefore not sufficient for a BOV. Both Humble and Nazilli was nominated both days! And Nazilli was close to go all the way, she received three votes each day against a ragdoll who was BIS x 2. Congratulations for that! :) We also showed my sons cat Ilias, who was nominated on Saturday! On Sunday he had to stay home because he's not allowed to compete mor in Sweden! I also showed my offspring Lexus for the first time, he behaved so good and got a really nice judgement! It's so great to see casual cats who flirts with the judge;)

29/8-12 Today we have been to the vet and now Figaro is neutered. Not so fun to do considering that he only got one kitten in my cattery, but it was the only thing to do. He is a cat who loves to be in your lap and cuddle, and he hated to be separated from the rest of the family. So now we keep our fingers crossed that it's possible to bring him together with Isaac again! And maybe he will soon be a father to some kittens in other catteries;)

25/8-12 New pictures of Princess of Snow, 1 week today! Last Wednesday Princess got two "siblings", two Maine Coon kittens! They were born in a litter of eight kittens by caesarian section. I think you should help each other and this was only positive for Princess who now doesn't have to grow up alone! Fallen adopted them immediately and it was absolutely amazing to see! I'll probably post some pictures of them later on;)
Today Midori moved to her new home in the Netherlands. The house is really empty without this wonderful girl who purrs as soon as you just look at her! We will miss you a lot!

20/8-12 Last Saturday Fallen gave birth to two kittens, two white Princesses. The girl who came first was very small and apparently premature so unfortunately she didn't make it. R.I.P beautiful girl! Girl number two is much bigger and stronger, and she increase nicely in weight! Now there are pictures of her on the kitten page and she is also named with the perfect name. Thanks for the tip, you know who you are;)

10/8-12 Last weekend it was a big cat show in Russia and Keegan Kea continues to go like a train of success! This weekend, it was also a Norwegian Forest Cat Special at the show and Keegan became Best NFO! And as extra icing on the cake, he was also Best In Show again!! We have been in Värmland on exhibition this weekend and it really went beyond my expectations! Humble did it again! I'm still completely shocked that he even though he's not in a brilliant condition becomes BIS. He took it on his technique and it makes me so proud! And it feels absolutely amazing that he makes such a debut after a years break from shows! As a bonus this weekend, I finally got to see Humbles babies and they were so nice all of them! 8/6-12 Although this is a sad day, there are now new pictures of the N-litter, 2 weeks old today! But now they are just four of them because we lost Nikaia today! I want you all to know that a small trivial issue can become very serious and that we as breeders sometimes are forced to make decisions that are very hard! Nikaia got one of her siblings claw in the corner of her eye when she was 1 week old and and at first the wound was smaller than a pinhead but unfortunately the wound became worse and worse! Her eye was completely undamaged and intact, but the skin in the corner of her eye had been torn up. Her mom and dad are good at licking their babies but unfortunately their endeavor tongues made Nikaias wound worse instead of doing it better. Despite medication, lots of nursing and several visits to the vet the wound became bigger every day and she no longer could close her eye. Therefore, we made the hard decision this afternoon to let Nikaia go to sleep. R.I.P Nikaia, I will never forget you!

1/6-12 New pictures of the N-litter, 1 week today! I'm particularly pleased to publish pictures of all five kittens! We have fought hard with Naranjito which lost much weight they first days and it takes on everyone's strength to feed every two hours. Since it is the first time Bastet become a mother, she didn't know quite what to do when the kittens crying, so instead of giving them milk, she has left them. But now it seems Bastet have plenty of milk and all the kittens are doing well.

28/5-12 New pictures of the M-litter, 5 weeks old today! Today, they finally started to taste the soft food! This litter has decided to only eat dry food. Which in itself is positive but it means that they have not gain so much in weight as I would like but it will come soon enough. Then I know from experience that it is less important in the future! Small kittens can become large adults and large kittens may be small adults. I'm anyways super satisfied with the whole litter and think that they developed so nicely!!!

22/5-12 What a weekend we had! :) My club Spinneriet had its annual International Show this weekend and I was a commissioner for the first time! I'm actually really happy and I hope that everyone else thought it was a great weekend! Many thanks to all wonderful friends who worked so hard to make this weekend memorable for everyone!

As a bonus, my male Fakir was BIS on Saturday! I'm sooo happy and proud! He was also in the panel on Sunday but then he had to settle for one vote and a beautiful Maine Coon won. Ilias Ivy was in the panel on Saturday and got one vote, a vote that meant a lot to me as a breeder! Two of my offspring took their title on Saturday, Jiving Sister Fanny became Champion and Ilias Ivy became Premier! Congratulations Charlie, Mimmi and Sofia!

24/3-12 Humble became a father for the first time yesterday at S*WesthKiowa's! Congratulations Camilla!
Probably we also expect a litter here after Humble and Bastet! Isaac is the father of Bastet, so it's a little extra excited to bring these two cats together!

11/3-12 Figaro and I was on a special exhibition in Denmark yesterday! Three exhibitions in one day and at the same place! Figaro took his certificate at the first two exhibitions, and was not allowed to compete on the last because he was stopped. But because I wanted to have that judge's opinion of him, he was judged but out of competition. I'm very happy with both results and the day, and Thanks Darak, Racekatten and Katteklubben for a different but well executed showday!

28/2-12 Now can the kittens be born at any moment, Fallen is on day 64 today! Longing so much for this litter between her and Isaac! It's soooo exciting! A little extra fun while we wait for Isaac's children, his beautiful daughter S * Glorfinel's Little Queenie became a mother to four beautiful kittens on Valentine's Day! Congratulations Anna!
Last Sunday was the annual meeting for the cat club Spinneriet that I'm a meber of, and I was elected Chairman for the next two years! A tough task but I hope and think that I will succeed;) It's exciting and I look forward to the task with joy! Thank you all for your confidence!
Spinneriet also had prizes for the Best Cats of the Year! Humble was Best Male and Vouzan Best Female in category 2! *happy* The price we got was this beautiful candles and a nice diploma! Thank you!

16/2-12 Unfortunately there were no kittens from Manta and Humble, she also lost the last kitten. Since there has been much trouble for Manta in the past year, she has been pseudopregnant three times and now, finally, she lost her babies. I have therefore, in consultation with a veterinarian, decided that Manta will be mated with Isaac instead. He's more experienced and knows how to do and that is exactly what Manta need now. My first plan was actually that Manta would meet Humble first and Isaac next time, but now it's vice versa instead;) Something that really is perfect, since Isaac problay will be neutered this year. I'm convinced that this is a perfect combination and I'm really looking forward to seeing the outcome of this mating. I would like to say THANK YOU to all the wonderful people who supported me through all this. And to all you who wanted a kitten in this combination, you may unfortunately have to wait until next time. Keep your fingers crossed for better luck for Manta this time!
And there will not be any kittens between Elissa and Fakir this time! He was obviously too young and inexperienced, so it only led to a pseudopregnancy. But we will try again a later when he has become a bit more matured:)
Fallen is atleast definitely pregnant and is getting bigger! Only 1 ½ weeks left until the time comes and it's sooo exciting! I long for kittens now after all that has happened!

12/2-12 Yesterday we were in Mölndal on exhibition and Figaro got his Champion title!

7/2-12 Manta beds and arrange in her box, so now the countdown has begun! But I think it will take some days because she usually keep the babies in her belly for a long time.
Several new pictures of Isaac on his own page! In late February, Isaac celebrates its third birthday and he should also be a father again! Fallen is definitely pregnant, there is no doubt;) Longs to see the babies in this combination, have planned it since Fallen and Isaac themselves were babies!

27/1-12 Finally, I'm absolutely certain that Manta has kittens in her tummy, for now I can feel them kicking:) I have not really dared to believe that the mating succeeded because Manta fooled me several times during this year. I'm so happy I want to jump around and shout out my joy! :) Iiiiiii:) It's quite incredible that it is only 2 ½ weeks left until the little ones arrive! Then will Fallens and Elissas kittens be born just two weeks later:) What a fantastic spring this is going to be!

Yesterday I visited the home of S*Little L's Jiving Sister Fanny! She has amazing beautiful kittens, 10 weeks old! They are just like their mother, both beautiful and wonderful in temperament! 3/1-12 This wonderful guy looking for a new family to enjoy life with! I had a small hope that he could stay here with us but my male cats say no! Fertile males are a bit special and don't want any competition! Sometimes they don't understand that the other cat is neutered, it is seen simply as a threat! It's sad to give up this wonderful cat but I have many cats to think about, it's better if Iwan get another home! Iwan is completely unaware of the fact that the males don't like him, he just plays on;) So a nice cat friend in the new home had certainly worked well for Iwan! He's almost 1 ½ years and has a fabulous temperament! And of course, he is neutered, vaccinated and has a pedigree;)
